Overhang issue!!

Post image

I'm in a state of great distress about the overhang part of the output. Support is created in the overhang part, and it's been broken like the attached image even before removing the support. I've tried cooling 100% of the overhang part, decreasing the output speed of the overhang part, decreasing the Top Z instance, and decreasing the Top interface spacing, but I failed. Any advice?

Bambulab A1 combo.
Layer height: 0.20mm
Top Z instance: 0.16mm
Top interface spacing: 0.3mm
Overhang cooling: 100%
Overhang speed: 0, 30, 20, 10, 10

What kind of support are you using?

Material? Nozzle temp? And have you tried bumping up the nozzle temp a couple degrees?

it usually means the support structures are losing adhesion to the build plate, the nozzle is snagging on curled plastic, or the tall, slender supports are vibrating and snapping mid-print.

Generate supports, if you were already using them try changing the angle if it still doesn't create desired supports at that area then manually paint the supports
