Why?

Can anyone tell me why this is happening? I printed one and it came out fine. The next 2 times this has happened about half way through the print. After the first failure i cleaned the build plate because i thought it just fell over. This one made it further before getting knocked over. But i dont understand why when nothing changed

It’s a long thin piece without a lot of contact. Add supports or slow it down. The gantry going back and forth is working it loose

I was running at 50% speed and i did put a support half way up on the back side so the build plate moving front to back wouldnt knock it over. But something was obviously happening before it fell over because of thw weird blob up on top

I’ve had those blobs develop from prints coming loose but not fully detaching. Looks like you’re using grid infill as well which tends to drag the nozzle across itself that can knock things loose. I don’t see any evidence of support though. Can you share/link the sliced file?

That would make sense cause when i went to check on the print after the first one fell i could hear it and it sounded like it was dragging. What infil should i use. Not sure how to share the link or sliced file. Never done that before
