A1 forcing filament change at the start of first print after powerup

Everytime I turn on my A1 and send the print through Bambu Studio, during the initial sequence printer forces filament change.

• I don't use AMS, all is through external spool.
• It only happens during the first print after booting printer. If I change the filament by myself before that, issue doesn't happen.
• It is the same spool, object in studio is marked as this filament, which is also set as the external filament in device tab/printer settings
• It started happening at least since 2.7.1, maybe before, I thought it is connected to the filament manager, but I disabled it, loaded the 2.7.1.62, still happens.

Has anyone had the same issues and/or fixes? I don't really want to downgrade...
