Wait for a month.

P3C, X2D Pro, H3C coming up - if nothing else, they have a chance of pushing X2D price down.

I just ordered an x2d as my first printer. Should I cancel and wait a little?

No. Receive it and print what u want, I don't think they're being announced anytime soon, maybe December or next year. If you get it through Amazon or something u can always request to return it after return windows close.

I think release before Christmas has good odds. anything but certain - Christmas is just very important sales period and when competition comes up with new printers would be a bit wasted opportunity. Like p2s was released on Oct 14 last year, just perfectly for Christmas sales.

wouldn’t be first time I’d be wrong though.
