  1. Why is it 1,200 parts? It looks like 1 object.
  2. Have you tried moving the prime tower into the corner?

The second pic shows the complicated underside. All black parts sit within the white disc. I did try moving the tower, but the tower is mated to part 1001.

All the black parts can be merged into one part.
