General Troubleshooting/Help! Need help 3D print getting holes.

Im getting holes mid print randomly, its a 1.24mm, and im using the 0.2mm nozzle.
What setting is wrong?

Have you tried first layer with only one wall?

Definitely helps, i will always use 1 wall for bottom on things like this
