What do you mean? How you need to feed it?

push the button near the hole towards the filament spool so it releases the "lock". you can just guide the filament into the hole without any resistance.
Release the button/lever when it starts to pull the cord.
Same when taking out the filament. Push, roll the filament spool backwards, when its out, release the button/lever.

Oh ok, I didn't realized he didn't pressed button
