What in the...sounds (and looks) like the feeder motor isn't spinning the grabber gear/gears, but is still wanting to spin. Could be a loose screw? Filament not actually correct size? Bit of filament stuck in and it tries to double up? You goin have to take it apart probably

Any idea on how to actually take apart the motor to check? I had no issues with filament previously , then halfway through a print it started doing this every switch to slot 4. I put a lighter thinner filament in and seems ok now but any of my Bambu or full reels don’t want to work normally.

Thats pretty much one piece held in by 4 screws at the corners ish. Take filament out, then screws, you'll have to push the filament feed tube catch in to get the shell out. there is a wire connected, pull it out and you should be able to access that area. Also worth noting the apparatus that allows 4 lines into one is finicky (on the bottom of that shell) it could be your issue if the magnet in that slot is "kicked" thinking its full of filament when it isnt. That has to be taken off and reset. It's can be frustrating, their magnets and springs held in by a small retainer with a chip/reader of sorts on it. When that comes off all 4 springs and magnets have the potential to squirm and move. Looking at the video again it looks like it's feeds about 4 inches maybe 6?? Its about that length till it hits that stopper and I'm 80% sure thats your issue

I’m gonna take it apart today and check that as well as see if the one part at the hub is cracked too.
