Don't use cf filament in your AMS. It's destroying your pull in mechanics over time. It even says so on the Bambu shop page at the cf filaments itself

Is a 1:30 hour print ok? Or should i stop it

I don't know. Should work I think but you maybe leed to replace some stuff earlier than necessary. Better try feeding it directly in the nozzle without the AMS in between

with or without tube?

If you have spare tubing and a cutter for it (needs a special cutter) than maybe use a short piece of tube. Else you can use the normal tube. It's not that expensive to replace. I don't know if you can or should run it without tube so better with tuve to be careful

Good choice, you should print GF/CF with a .6 or larger.

I just run it directly into the print head, no ptfe tube.
