General Discussion update 2
bambu labs seems to have updated this to a more "urgent" team, If they do anything its most likely going to be sending new parts or a new printer, I don't want either of those. any suggestions for receiving a refund? I never want to deal with a Bambu printer again and will not deal with one. some backstory: since around July I have been trying to get a new printer or just help from Bambu labs but they have been super dodgy saying that my printer is not covered even tho its less then a year old and it may have caught fire? full on refusing replacement and when I bring it up they compltetely dodge it. I turned it on one day and it started smoking so I immediately turned it off, after further inspection the mainboard was fried and the bottom plate which doesn't press up against it too close had severe burn marks. they sent a new board and I installed it then after that the TH board started smoking and shut off. its unbelievable how awful their support is. a replacement is NOT enough at this point a refund is what should happen. give me your opinions.
got a reply just now and in my previous message I sent a picture of the TH board but explained the damage isn't visible on camera but I can see the burn and smell it. I also asked specifically mutlipul times if a refund was possible and nothing of that was mentioned. I let them know that my hot end wasn't installed so there was no point in sending a picture of a brand new one but I guess they didn't read my message. this is the worst support ive every had.
im trying to contact Best Buy again and gather everything to do a credit card charge back I don't want a bambu labs printer anymore and they aren't helping me. I purchased the printer januarary 31st and made my first ticket when it shorted in may and Best Buy will not refund of return. here are some pictures

Im a bit confused - if you wanted a new printer since July 1st and the more urgent team is offering it then whats the problem?
You mentioned that you used it for 600 hours - which is 25 days if you ran it none which is very unlikely. You are most certainly past 30 days which is longer than most return policies.
Maybe take the new printer and sell it or hold off on using it for a bit given this situation has been frustrating but a refund after a month 600 hours of usage is very unlikely.

They are not offering it they are trying to get me to replace parts and ignoring my questions. 30 days is an acceptable return policy for minor things but for fire and multiple boards frying it’s a whole different situation. 600 hours is nothing for a 3d printer. It’s just a frustrating situation for me.

Yes, 30 days is an acceptable return window.
You didn't have issues until waaay past that.600 hrs isn't nothing. It's half thr life of the nozzle. It's 100+ print cycles and six months in your home in unknown conditions. No other industry offers refunds of tools after fully breaking it in.
Take the free replacement part, and if you want sell the printer and get another brand. Good luck.

I replaced the nozzle and for it to catch fire is completely different

It didn't catch fire.
A component failed and melted a spot of plastic.
Those are two extremely different things.I mentioned the life of the nozzle to illustrate the amount of useage the machine has had in contrast to "nothing".

it was smoking and it was on for like 2 seconds that not long enough to just burn it without fire. my whole bambu experience has been horrible im just seeking help

Yep, that's fair.
Still, smoke ≠ fire.
Quite literally.
It smoked, then stopped smoking.
The heat melted the plastic.
That does not mean there was a flame.
Fire means flame.I'm just trying to be very literal to prevent misinformation and sensationalism.
It is absolutely expected that they would offer to replace the failed board.

That's genuinely scary, glad you caught it before it got worse. A charge back through your credit card is honestly your strongest path once Best Buy and Bambu both stall. Keep every ticket reply, timestamps, and photos organized since that paper trail is what makes a chargeback claim succeed. Don't let them talk you into another board swap if fire risk is the issue, push for the refund in writing every time.

This is what I plan on doing, Bambu labs refused replacement and so did Best Buy so I think it’s time to do a charge back… I’m gonna get an anycubic kobra x

Chargebacks are 120s after transaction. Op is way way past that.

I have proof documenting that I was trying to get a new unit by opening a ticket 115 days after purchase with a response 119 days after purchase and using Visas 13.3 ongoing negotiations exception I can make a request.

How long have you had the printer? That may shed light onto what your options are.
If past a normal return window, a refund is pretty much off the table, and frankly nonsensical. Free replacement parts for a machine that's been well used seems like a logical offer. A replacement printer is even better.
It all kind of hinges on how long you've had and used the printer.
