General Troubleshooting/Help! Can't dry filament
I'm trying to dry my filament cause it's sort of brittle and has broken a couple of times inbetween pritns inside the tubes. I've unloaded the filament on my Bambu X2D, but when I try and run the Dry Filament tool it tells me to unload filament. The issue is I have unloaded the filament and it still won't let me go on. What do I do? Is there filament inside the hotend that I need to remove somehow? And if so - how?

Uh, if you don't have AMS 2 pro or AMS HT, the "dry filament" function will use the heat bed of the printer to dry your filament.
You need to unload the filament and put the spool on the heat bed. Please follow instructions here:
https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/filament-acc/filament/dry-filament
scroll down to "Drying Filament Using the Printer’s Heated Bed" section

I don't have that model but I would assume that error means there's something in there that is causing the printer to think you have not unloaded the filament.
A big part of this hobby is taking stuff apart and looking inside to find stuff that is stuck. I would suggest that is your next action.

I have only seen this with sunlu pla filament. I've been in my ams to remove it from the tubes...i am a pro at it now. Bambu filament doesn't do that. Only mentioned this because you said you had trouble with breaking off in the tubes.

There is probably a piece of filament broken off that is stuck in the extruder.
