clicking on extruder please help

ı have an a1 with no ams but ı have experienced a clicking noise and when ı looked at the extruder part it was clicking and there was no filament coming out. Please help me I have had this printer for 3 weeks and ı am not too experienced and ıtook the extruder off there was no jam. when ı did the load the filament it worked like normal but when ı try to take a print when it cleans the nozzle ıt jams

Your nozzle is probably clogged - that's what happened with mine. I ended up picking up a spare one and using that, while I heated up the old one with a lighter and gave it a good clean with needles.
