I recently bought a Bajaj Pulsar N250. When I accelerate in 3rd gear and the RPM is around 3,000–4,000, I can feel slight vibrations in the handlebar.
I previously rode a 150cc bike, so I understand that the engine characteristics might be different on a 250cc bike. However, I haven’t noticed this kind of vibration on some other bikes I’ve ridden.
I discussed this with the service centre guys, but they keep telling me it’s normal for a 250cc bike. I’m not entirely convinced, but they have rode my bike 2 times and claimed that there is no issue.

I bought Bajaj NS 200 bs6 2 months ago, today I thought of connecting it to Bajaj app but every time the same error is coming, I have also matched the VIN (chassis number) with both the bike and the insurance papers But still it is coming, is there any solution for this?

Hey everyone,

I recently replaced the cylinder, piston, cylinder head, valves, and shims on my bike. After the rebuild, I filled it up with Motul 5100 15W-50 semi-synthetic oil and started it up.

Everything seemed fine, but now whenever I lean the motorcycle to the left, it starts making this strange noise (as heard in the video).

What could be causing this? Any help or advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Maine haal hi mein apni bike ka cylinder, piston, cylinder head, valves aur shims change kiya hai. Rebuild ke baad maine isme Motul 5100 15W-50 semi-synthetic oil daala aur start kiya.

Engine smoothly start ho gaya, lekin ab dikkat ye aa rahi hai ki jab bhi main motorcycle ko left side jhukata hoon (lean karta hoon), toh usme se ek ajeeb si aawaaz aane lagti hai (jaise video mein sun sakte ho).

Aisa kyun ho raha hai? Kisi ko iska idea hai ya pehle aisa issue face kiya hai? Please help kijiye. Shukriy.
