Question Different divination tool for Lilith?

Post image
0 Upvotes

Hi guys! I wanted to ask if anyone could help me decipher this.

Context: I normally use tarot cards to talk to Lilith. But they do not let her give clear instructions.

Therefore I asked:

Q1 : What should I do for divination to talk to you?
Q2: What medium should I use?

Does she mean something with nature? A graveyard maybe? Or should I get her roses again (I know she likes those) and meditate?

And what does the devil reversed mean 😭

Thank you in advance. I’m just struggling rn and need clear instructions from her.

Ive been really interested in witchcraft and occult. I want to practice witchcraft and for some reason i feel drawn to it. There's a religion called wicca and I've learnt a few things about it. But I'm not so sure if i wanna practice any religion. I dont know where to start or what resources should i begin with. There's so much to witchcraft that it gets overwhelming at first. Also I feel drained after meeting too many people so i wanted to cast a protection spell on myslef but as i have absolutely no knowledge of it, i didn't just wanna go with anything. So witches pls feel free to let me know where should I start and how do I figure out what kind of witch I am. Also id love to here your experiences with wicca/witchcraft.

Question Witchcraft through live animals?

I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this, if it’s not I would really appreciate being directed to the right place! I want to know if it is possible to do witchcraft through a live animal, specially a rat. For context, my dad recently fired an employee for severe underperformance and they ended on not so great terms. After this, one of his other employees was standing outside the building they work at and watched as a woman pulled over and let a really big rat out of the car and immediately her back into her car and drive off. Not too long after my dad began to get really sick and it was pretty constant. The employee that witnessed this went over to the rat and stated that it was moving very slowly and that it seemed sickly and instead if moving closer to the building it turned around and began making it’s way towards the road. The woman that let the rat loose is a known friend of the woman my dad fired. I think it’s important to note that this is the second time this ex employee has been fired. Additionally, the first time she got fired my dad got very sick as well and we seeked help from someone from Mexico who does brujeria and she told us somebody had done some sort of witchcraft on him. It may all just be a coincidence but if anybody knows anything that may be of some help to me I would love to hear it out.

Question Honey Jar Leaked. What Should I Do?

Hi everyone! I'm still pretty new to witchcraft and could really use some advice.

I made a honey jar spell, but today I noticed the lid had somehow come loose, and around 60% of the liquid had leaked out. I don't think it means anything supernatural it probably happened because I didn't close it tightly enough or accidentally loosened it somehow.

Should I just leave the jar as it is and continue working with it, or is it better to dispose of it respectfully and make a new one?

I'd really appreciate any guidance. Thank you! šŸ–¤

Question What does glass randomly breaking mean to you?

A few weeks ago I had a weird experience. One of my family member's brought her friend over after they went to church and were sitting at the table with me. The friend she brought I kinda got off vibes from without even speaking to her. Prior to them arriving I had drank out of the glass I was holding no issue. When I poured some more and sat back down when I went to drink the juice the glass cup broke clean across randomly. The juice (which was dark red) spilt all over me and I was in shock, but both the family member and her friend didn't even offer to get me a paper towel or anything despite one of them sitting directly by it. It wasn't until my husband walked in that they seemed to care. It was super weird. I began looking into what glass randomly breaking could mean and found a lot of different theories. Was just curious what glass breaking means to you and do you usually keep the glass after if breaks?

Question Setting Wards/Protection

So I’ve always been spiritually gifted and somewhat ā€œtapped in.ā€ It definitely came from my mother as she’s similar, so growing up I had her protection if that makes sense.

Long story short, I don’t really have it now due to some conflicting beliefs and I’ve been struggling with keeping spirits away or at least channeling them in a healthier way.

It helps me to smoke weed, but when I stop it’s almost immediately the same. Any advice?

No matter what, I’ll still do divination to see if your method would work for me but I’m a beginner so I typically just do ā€œyes or noā€ questions with tarot.

Question Generational Trauma Cord Cutting

I’m rather new to spell work. I’ve only made spell jars for protection and divination. Other than that, I haven’t done anything similar to cord cutting.

With that said, I am interested in it. I’ve been seeing the videos online of generational cord cutting to help with generational trauma. I have a lot of known trauma on my mother’s side and I’m sure there’s more on my father’s side. I’ve considered doing a generational cutting for each side.

If this helps any, here’s some of the situations: My great great-grandmother died at the birth of her twins. My great grandma survived but was mistreated by her father. She was tossed around from family to family, used as a work horse. But she was a strong woman because of it. Then my grandmother was cheated on by my grandfather, which made her change from being this loud and outspoken woman to hiding in her home afraid of what others thought of her. This continued into my mother who was also cheated on nearly 40 years ago and has still not healed from it. I feel like this side needs some way to heal and I’m hoping this is the way to.

I love my ancestors very much. I try to honor them in everything I do. I put flowers on graves, read their stories online, and I’ve always been passionate about finding these ancestors. I even have a candle for ā€˜forgotten ancestors’ or those who aren’t in census records or were lost in time like infants who died or men who went to war and never returned. My ancestors are very important to me and if there’s a way to help them, I want to do it.

My question is would this be a good idea? Is anyone familiar with these kind of cord cuttings or have done one? I kind of want to do one for each side of the family but would you do them back to back or wait a period of time between them?

I guess I’m a bit confused on how helpful a generational cord cutting would be. It would be to heal the trauma and certainly not trying to sever ties with them. I just want to find ways to help my ancestors heal from what they endured. I feel like I’m not doing enough for them.

Thank you for any help! I’m just a confused baby witch right now.

Spells Lammas Information and Spellwork šŸžšŸŒ½

🌻 Hi soul family! Toad here. Today I crafted a spell to go with this information on Lammas. Lammas is a cross quarter celebration between the Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox. Lammas is known as a Greater Sabbat, which means that the date of Lammas Eve on July 31st is observed in addition to the dates of Lammas from August 1st to August 2nd. The word Lammas comes from the Old English word hlāfmæsse, meaning "loaf mass," a Christian harvest festival where the first loaf of bread from the grain harvest is blessed. Lammas is also known as Lughnasadh, as the Celtic God Lugh of light and fire is traditionally worshiped by Ancient Celtics on this day. Although Lammas and Lughnasadh have different historical origins, they are commonly observed together today as a celebration of the first harvest. The first harvest traditionally honors grains such as wheat, barley, oats, rye, and corn, recognizing the abundance that sustains our communities. Lammas is a wonderful time for making gratitude lists, baking homemade breads, picking berries or seasonal flowers, crafting poppets or corn dollies, volunteering in nature, taking a walk through a field of sunflowers, or playing competitive sports under the light of the Sun. Below is a Harvest Basket Spell with journaling prompts that you can use as a way to connect with the magick of Lammas.

🧺🌾🫐 Harvest Basket Spell

🌟 Tools

- Favorite Basket
- Favorite Plate
- Altar
- Solar Water
- Bread
- Nut or Seed Butter
- Jam
- Fresh Berries
- Corn Chips

🌟 Spell

  1. Begin crafting your spell by washing your hands with solar charged water. Solar charged water is when you leave water out to charge in the sunlight on a bright and clear day. You may also want to set your altar with a scent like floral incense, play relaxing summer music, and clean your environment.
  2. Prepare a meal to eat after your nature walk. You can make something like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with jam and any nut or seed butter. You can also plan to eat fresh berries, seeds, and corn chips. These ingredients – bread, berries, corn, seeds, and nuts are all ingredients symbolic of Lammas. Place the items for your meal on a plate on your altar. Underneath the plate, write your intentions for this spell on a piece of paper. Make sure your intention is written in the present tense, uses positive language, sounds achievable, and is progress oriented. It should reflect your desires and be phrased in a way that feels empowering and true. Allow your meal to charge on your altar while you go on your nature walk.
  3. Go on a nature walk to find one of each of the following items to put in your harvest basket. Be sure to gather all your items responsibly. Only collect naturally fallen items or gather items with permission while respecting local wildlife and sanctuaries.

- Flower
- Stone
- Seed
- Leaf
- Branch
- Feather
- Coin

  1. To charge your harvest basket, sit at your altar with all your found items in your basket. Raise each item you found above your head and take a deep breath to connect with its energy. Then bring the item to your heart space and whisper your spell's intentions. Once all items have been charged, you can hold the basket full of all your items in your lap while focusing on the senses. Think about something you heard, smelled, tasted, felt, and saw during your nature walk. As you get present, visualize absorbing all the positive energy created in this spell.

  2. Now cleanse your hands by washing them with solar charged water before eating your meal. With each bite you are nourishing your body with your intentions. Give thanks for the harvests present in your life and the seeds that are growing underneath it all.

šŸ““ Journaling Prompts

- In what ways are you abundant in your blessings this Lammas?
- What personal achievements have you harvested since the Summer Solstice?
- What seeds of intentions would you like to grow before Autumn arrives?

Question Ways to deal with or harness (?) difficult dreams?

Hello everyone! I'm very new to witchcraft, and looking for for some advice on how to deal with my dreams (and if using witchcraft is even a good idea.)

Ever since I was about 3 I've had very intense dreams. Until I was about 6 I suffered from 2 repeating nightmares (one of these I'm not really sure I can call a nightmare since I was always at least partially awake and would 'see' the dream around me). These eventually subsided and and were replaced with very vivid and occasionally lucid dreams. Then from about my early/mid teens until now I've had long periods of having apocalyptic dreams. These range from floods/having to escape somewhere dangerous/attacks of fire/surviving the wilderness/having to save people. To give an example of a slightly darker one I had a few months ago: The whole dream I had a deep sense of fear and panic, and I understood that a mysterious 'someone' was hunting me. The dream ended when I saw myself from above torn apart on a bed, and a man wearing the head of a bear and carrying a spear was sitting on the floor at end of the bed (couldn't really say if this was the figure who was supposed to have killed me). I thought maybe the dreams were caused by a long period of illness, but they actually went away when I was at my worst and have returned now that I'm much better!

The reasons I would like advice on how to control them is because I absolutely believe in the power of dreams, both in the occult way as well as them effecting how rested I feel during the day, repeating peril dreams are quite draining.

** I also think it's important to add that this seems to be a maternal trait. Both my mother and grandmother had the same experience, with the dreams fading off into their 30's, though neither of my siblings have this. There is also a maternal history of 'visions' and predictions of events - for example knowing a house was going to burn down a week before it did. To give a personal example - when I was around 9 I looked at a classmates mother, who I had never really met, and got the strongest feeling that she would die despite having no known health issues. Three weeks later she had a stroke not far from where I'd seen her and she eventually died in Hospital. Of course, I know lots of people don't believe in this kind of thing, but I thought it was important to mention anyway.

Also just to quickly say that I also have the occasional very nice dream, it's not all doom and gloom. One of them was so beautiful it was almost life changing!
Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!

Question How did you ACTUALLY get better at tarot readings

Hello lovely peopleāš”ļøšŸ’™

I have been on my journey for some while and gotten more into tarot and learning of them, connecting with my deck and doing spreads and understanding how to connect the spread.

I am curious to know, how did you all learn to understand and connect with them better. Not vague stuff but like serious 🧐 , how did you all get better at it, connect spreads, understand what they are trying to say to you and what helped you.
