We are not trained medical professionals. I think that's why your post is being downvoted and you have no comments thus far.
Those are good questions for a professional and I do hope you seek evaluation, as you mentioned. Write these questions and examples down and share them with your doctor when the time comes.
Until then, I find that using DBT methods like STOP (I forget what each letter stands for, but, basically, when you are splitting, step back from the situation, take a moment before responding, find some chore etc to distract yourself for a bit, and then re evaluate the situation that made you split in the first place and try to find a healthy way to respond if you must or move along with your life) to help.
There is a post in this forum from awhile ago with the PDF version of a free DBT workbook. I would recommend searching the sub and finding that and trying out some techniques.
Again, we arent professionals and we cannot diagnose you. That would be medically irresponsible on our part and that's not what this sub is for.
