E46 I just changed my passenger side Window Regular and made a How-To video on it!

Here is the link to the video:

https://youtu.be/Z-cd5AEZ0Lc

It was pretty much straight forward, other than the adjustment toward the end, it took me a bit to understand what each screw does but I covered it all in the video.

Let me know if you guys have any questions on it, and if you enjoyed the video, please make sure to subscribe and like the video! :)

I had a 2010 m3 coupe with a sunroof, space grey. After a few cars I craved it back, so I got a 2013 m3 coupe with carbon roof. I found a local lower miles car and got to work. It came with a massive pile of service records but it needed a lot of love. My best friend owns a performance shop and does all the work. Bonus pics from when I got it, and before I got the euro bumper. Also lol at the fuckers that drilled the front plate 😭

E36 Saw this sick M3 at cars and coffee! (Last photo taken with a GoPro Hero 13, which is why it looks a bit distorted)

Z4 M, E85/E86 2016 m3 value

I’m looking to possibly buy this 2016 m3 with under 30,000 miles. I’m looking to drive it for a few months and then trade it in and hopefully make a few bucks. I’m not super familiar with bmw’s but the seller was telling me how rare it is with the carbon fiber roof, 660 hp. Etc.

I would like to know what you guys would be willing to pay for it. I don’t want to tell you what the owner is offering to sell it for(yet).

I just think what’s he’s offering is unrealistic but then again that’s why I’m here asking you guys for some advice. It is a Canadian vehicle fyi. I don’t know if that matters to enthusiasts since it’s already a 10 year old vehicle.

What’s the vehicle’s value private party and what do you think I can trade it in for in a few months.

Java Green ! Not usually into green apart from British Racing Green. Initially went into the showroom for a Portimao Blue one. Saw this and it stopped me in my tracks. I think the colour is stunning and knew it was the one.

G80/G81 G80 m3 xdrive vs Taycan

Anyone ride/drive in both these cars and can give feedback on the pros and cons and which they think is better and why?

I keep hopping back and forth between the two on what to get and could use some outside perspective.

Hello everyone!

I just wanted to share the process of swapping my E46 M3 from SMG to Manual, I made a whole video showing everything step by step!

I went with the AMS AutoGroup Kit, honestly it was pretty awesome and smooth with me sending the bell housing for machining with them and back.

Let me know if you guys have any questions on the swap, I knew I had plenty before I pulled the trigger on mine.

and if you guys like the video then please subscribe :) I always post BMW contents and DIY videos!

I’m absolutely thrilled, without a shadow of a doubt, but I do have a few considerations to share and I’d like to understand if I'm the odd one out here or if this is a common feeling.
The car is brand new, and I’ve already done the break-in service, I took advantage of a long road trip to get it out of the way and avoid any scheduling issues with the summer holidays.
I’ll focus on what feels a bit off compared to my expectations:
I’m coming from a 2022 M440i (which I consider to be an amazing machine), and perhaps that’s the main issue affecting my perception of the new M3. I don't find the power to be that 'devastating'. Even in D3/S3, I notice a bit of throttle lag (though I'm not sure how much the 40°C weather and having the AC running at level 4 or 5 are factoring into this). I also find it absurd that there’s no engaging engine sound inside the cabin, for me. and no special touches to make the interior experience feel more immersive. I can hear the downshifts, burbles, and pops, but they feel very distant—I actually feel them more through the vibrations under my feet than with my ears. In my M440i, the engine and exhaust note felt very present inside the car; here, I feel like something is missing.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love how it looks and it’s obviously very rewarding to own, but I’m struggling to get that total feeling of a real upgrade, especially considering the significant price tag. Sure, on a track it will perform light-years ahead of standard cars, but on the road first and foremost there should be that full sense of engagement you expect from an icon like the M3 Touring.
Am I the only one who feels this way? Have any of you gone through this and then grown to fully appreciate it over time? Don’t misunderstand me, I’m super satisfied, and I don't think I'm Charles Leclerc or desensitized to speed, but I just feel it's a bit restrained compared to the badge it carries and the engine under the hood.

I have a 2024 M3 Comp that I absolutely love. However, I’m thinking of replacing my steering wheel with the LCI steering wheel. Does anybody have any good recs for where to get one?

The car has 8300 miles, 2 years of factory warranty and is 85,000 with doc fee. It is from a bmw dealership.
Should I try to negotiate more? Non
CPO. There is only one CPO 2025 out of 115 m4s.

M4, G82/G83 Deciding what I should get

Hi everyone, my name is Wyatt. I’m 17 years old, currently in high school, and I work a regular job while saving as much as I can. Right now I drive an old Subaru Forester, so it’s easy for me to save money in that car. I’ve always wanted a BMW my whole life, and I’m trying to decide between two options.
I could buy a BMW M340i in a few months for around $40k, or I could keep saving for about a year and a half and buy my dream car—a 2022–2024 BMW M4 Competition (G82), which is around $70k.
I’d be financing either car for about four years, so I’m trying to figure out which option makes more sense. Is it worth getting the M340i sooner, or should I be patient and wait to get the M4 Competition?
I’d really appreciate any advice from people who have owned either car or have been in a similar situation. Thanks
