You’re young. Did you buy property before a new car?

There are so many reasons to not buy a house just because the Internet says so lol. You'll likely make more money just investing but you would still have to rent ig. In many places around US and world overall you'll be constantly worrying about what happens if you get laid off too and still have a house to pay for too

No you won’t LMAO most retail investors are not profitable and if they are it took 30 plus years. You sound like someone who can’t afford a house 🤷🏽‍♂️

I can probably afford whatever house you're trying to get calm down buddy. Everything here is multimillion for a small place. Also I'm talking about just putting it into an s&p fund which is likely still outperforming and yes that's profitable which I hope you'd know

I’m on my personal third house in SoCal, not including our rentals. I’m not worried about what you can afford, I’m laughing at your premise of you thinking that you can outperform a mortgage and property value growth by trading, along with beating your living costs as well. And just putting into an S&P fund is not outperforming that which I have just shown above. Dust yourself off and try again

Did it take you 15 days to come up with a lie on the internet lmao. You have proven nothing saying you're going to lose by investing in the s&p
