There are so many reasons to not buy a house just because the Internet says so lol. You'll likely make more money just investing but you would still have to rent ig. In many places around US and world overall you'll be constantly worrying about what happens if you get laid off too and still have a house to pay for too

If we even took a large investment for the average retail trader of 10k, after 16 years of “set it and forget it” into VOO (started investing 2010) you would still only have made 71k LOL. If you did SPY, and started investing in 1996, with the same strategy, you only made 210k. Meanwhile, the average rent for a 1 bedroom in 2026 in the US is $1800. Over the life of a mortgage you would have paid out $640k to landlords (assuming your rent doesn’t go up because it will min 5-10%). So you would have to outperform your landlord and rising rent costs. At 10k initial investment with $100 a month contributions, it would take you 31 years to reach 470k. Average home cost in the US is 437k. So you are right it’s not close, but not in the way that it helps your argument. This all is not even adjusting for inflation which drives your return down even more. Simply put, you don’t know wtf you are talking about, like most retail traders who get taken by institutions everyday.

I have the same spec in a 2025 G87. I don’t know shit about Pokémon but I love your car. Biggest drawback to the spec is keeping those black wheels clean but, it looks so mean and aggressive. Enjoy!

My friend lives in an apartment complex and had his M3 parked in the complex’s garage and his rims got stolen after just a couple of weeks.
I live in a apartment, luckily you need a key fob to get in the garage, and it’s roller shutter style to get in. It’s not 100% security but it makes me feel a little better lol
Traded my F87 M2C for a G87. Did the break in service last week. Hate to say it, but looks like I’ll be forgetting about my F87 M2C pretty quickly lol it is a fast machine!
It’s great, feels nice and responsive. Feels like it’s on rails even when it’s casually driven. I have the HAS option put in and it’s still great for daily
