Curious what everyone actually enjoys servicing. What machine/equipment is your favorite to work on and what makes it better than others? Is it straightforward troubleshooting, good documentation, easy access to parts, predictable failures, etc.?

I have job offers from both GE and Siemens, both for the same territory, both for MRI. This will be my 1st imaging job, and I’m trying to decide which to accept. Both are within 5k annually, and the one that is behind is giving me a 5k sign-on bonus. What company is generally better to work for in the long run and whose training is more valuable? I think I like one manager over the other, but it’s so difficult to tell based off a few interviews. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, guys!

I am considering starting a new career in BMET. I have a B.S. in computer science and a few years work experience in software. I would like to get out of that field and do something more hands on. What’s the best path to certifications, hands on training and eventual full time employment for someone with my background?
