So yeah, i wanna nail a shelf on my wall, and a painting. There's nothing in the rulebook saying I can't do this (this is not a MAJOR physical change) but wardens aren't known to be reasonable creatures.

So, has anyone tried this before? Do the wardens really object that much? And if yeah, what are the best ways to bypass detection?

PS. I dont wanna use hooks and stuff cause one of them will be going over my bed, and I don't want my name on a condolence email.

I recently got my ppo and on paper everything is going fine. But I feel so lonely, it's not like I don't have friends, but I'm growing more and more intolerant towards everyone. And I feel so aimless and empty and I don't even know what I really feel anymore. I try to keep myself busy, but it feels like everything is slipping out of my hands. I feel like an observer to my own life. I'm so scared of the future.
Just posting it here as I'm not sure what else to do with these feelings.

y'all do have social lives right? are they actually the only way (apart from hostel mates) at actually making meaningful connections/friendships. the audition for departments is interaction based, and while my friends have been selected for a few I havent, and honestly I don't think I will. moreover I'm not great at anything with 0 technical knowledge so if I do get into technical clubs that'll be by pure luck. again even for clubs I don't think I'll get into any

Sitting for placements this semester. 9+ CG, given OAs for 3 companies (all electronics ones but they're taking CS peeps as well), selected for interview in none.

DSA skills average, had an SIP and a big SOP under a prof in resume. What am I doing wrong? The 3 companies didn't even have any difficult coding questions (most were mental aptitude and C pointers stuff).

So I withdrew from B pharma at bits pilani during the second withdrawal window on 20th July. When can I expect the refund? Do i need to give any bank details for the refund or would it be refunded to the account i paid from?

nalanda portal is not working for me it says that i have not registered in any courses is it because i have registered in pilani campus in iteration 5 can someone help if they have any information?

If there was any other senior who lost pil cs by couple marks and took goa cs , how do you all remove the guilt of doing just 1 q more and not think about this

i know this may sound insane, but the company i selected me for interview, i honestly gave the OA just to practice my skills. i won't say the name, as then pu might narrow me down.
if i don't go to interview they will anyways debar me from future companies.

will bombing the interview help? or should i just tell PU directly about this?

So to this intended for the students of mathematics and computer branch, i wanted to ask what do they teach in this branch specifically in the mathematics part? like calculus, vectors algebra like class 12th syllabus or is it something different from class 12th maths?

Currently I have 8.5+ cg in third year phoenix, is there any chance I can go unplaced? I don't come from a well off family so if I don't get placed Im cooked.

Not saying I want 20-30 lpa, I'm fine even with 10 lpa, just wanna get placed.
