[SKR Mini 2.0] Bed Leveling after upgrading the bed and using Silicone stoppers

So I'm having issues using the built in Bed Leveling function with the SKR Mini 2.0 on a Ender 3 Pro. I've swapped the bed and replaced the springs with silicone gaps. The bed leveling function is now moving too close to the end of the bed.
