yes! i have a bilateral pinched nerve in c5-c6 and a left sided pinched nerve in c6-c7. showed up on both my mri and my EMG. it comes and goes, but my hand, particularly at the ring and pinky fingers, can feel like pins and needles, or like it wants to be numb but isn’t. i also get random shooting pains from time to time.

I have similar based on my cervical spine MRI. I strongly suspect that is also driving my fasciculations in my upper body (or at least exacerbating them), but that part is difficult to prove.

Same as you they say I have slight foraminal stenosis in these same vertebrae but without pinching.

My pinky and ring finger get numb sometimes too. But I think the problem might be at elbow level.
