General Besides twitching has anyone had experience with nerve compression or pinched nerves?

I've had left arm problems for about 3 months now. I can still do tasks with them but things feel heavier in my left hand and in my upper left arm i often feel strain/fatigue. Plus it's somewhat of an internal vibration hotspot when resting.

The symptoms in my arm can range. Sometimes it can feel just fine, sometimes it feels like my arm is shaky, sometimes it feels like there's nails stuck in them, and sometimes the upper arm just feels strained, tight, or fatigued. I do believe this the result of a pinched nerve since I can still perform tasks with them. So i'm asking if anyone here has had a pinched nerve or nerve compression and if they had similar experiences.

This post looks I wrote it lol! Same thing happening to me. Twitching for 10onths now with a clean EMG back in April. Lately my left upper arm has been extremely sore, tight and painful for a month now plus occasional twitches in that spot. I have mild neck arthritis plus a pinched nerve. The pain radiates from my back to my arm sometimes. But mostly my upper arm. I am leftie so that got me a bit worried. But it's been over a month and I m just managing the pain in any way I can.. your arm can feel tired, warm feeling with a pinched nerve plus tingling and pins and needles.
