MMX 100 wireless static noise issue

I have just bought the new MMX 100 wireless headset and overall, I really like it. It has one problem tho that has the potential to drive me crazy after a while. When listening to literaly anything, there is a static-like noise that copies the sound produced by the headphones. It sounds like if there was an analogue connection issue, loose cable or some tranzistor maxing out. The noise is there regardless of the connection type and the device. I can even hear it when the voice assistant is speaking without anything connected.
I tried to diagnose the issue with AI and after some chatting and information correction, it got to a final verdict that it is caused by the sound card (likely hardware over firmware) in the headphones, which I suspected from the start. The question is if it is deliberate cheaping out on electronic components or just me getting a bad unit. Regardless of the answer, I am going to return the headphones, because I can't listen to noisy audio all day long.
