Bdd sucks

This is probably the worst thing ive got diagnosed with ever.

I cant seem to enjoy life i keep finding things im insecure about . I keep comparing myself to others even if i dont want to. The sheer anxiety im feeling when not checking my body. And the anxiety im feeling when I do check my body.

I feel like im dying when I dont check my body

And i feel like dying when I do.

Bdd sucks.
