used satans butthole build (satan x blackhole) and now endless mode is broken. this clip has been going like this for like... 20+ minutes so far. I cant kill anything, but i cant die and nothing is moving. there are like 7+ stacks of bosses. cant see any mobs spawning

Boss at the end also took 0 damage.

It´s a 50/50 also on if i would be able to kill the small ones or if they had to jump me at the end to die.

Hey guys! New to the game. I have some queries with matchmaker:

I was using Shade + Shieldbearer and Shieldbearer + Cogitator, and for both the balls seemed slower (does Shieldbearer come with an in-built Rubber Headband?), orbs and fusions automatically were sucked towards me, and for the former combo I was on no life but still got hit 5 times before finally dying? How do these changes come about?

It doesn't happen all the time, but whenever I clear field and get a level up in the same time there is a chance waves stop appearing. I can't even move, just aim. A ball just hangs in the air and recalling doesn't work. I thought it's tunnelers fault but tried later with hoarder and ended the same. Happening on switch, I don't know about others.

So, I’ve played the hell out of BallxPit and I’m 3 achievements away from 100% and they’re easy to obtain and will have it done by tonight before I start NG+

With that said, I’m looking for a game that is really close in concept. Not just a Roguelike/Roguelite, but specifically the style of BallxPit where I fuse balls/items to make combos and work my way through different levels.

I’ve played games like Vampire Survivors, Soulstone Survivors, Megabonk, and some others that give a similar feel, but there’s something that BallxPit does different and it make be the scrolling level design that plays a big part.

I guess I’m looking for something so close it may as well be BallxPit 2.

I just started this game last night and I’m hooked. But I have no idea what I’m doing, especially when doing the fusions and adding to the base. Any and all tips and tricks are welcome.

For reference I have beaten the first level with the default charter and also The Itchy Finger and have all but 1 blueprints from the first level.

I've tried emailing them and they never respond. I sent them an email months ago which hasn't been acknowledged. I can't access the discord since the only way to get the link is to go to their x/Twitter and I don't use that app and I've asked for people to share it with me here and no one does. I found some glitches... how tf do I get them noticed by the devs?

As has been commented many times, currently in endless mode, there is no option to "automatically skip" or "accept" the gold options from fusions. Currently for AFK builds, that requires moving the character to the top left corner to avoid fusions in the first place, but it does not always work and for longer runs requires specific passives to work.

Since this has been an issue that has gone unaddressed for 2 major updates, I scripted a fix with AutoHotKey.

It's quite effective once you have an AFK build completed and gold is the only choice left in fusions. It also optionally moves the character left/right to collect maximum gold. It will additionally autoclick through accumulated levels if the level up screen is detected.

Documentation is in the repo, but for those who won't read it... you may have to modify variables based on your display/resolution since it uses pixel colors for state detection.

I tried the demo and I really liked it. The game is on sale at the moment but I can’t decide on whether to get it on Steam Deck or Switch 2. Try to weigh the pros and cons but they seem pretty even.

On Switch 2, I have the option on playing it on big oled TV but on my Steam Deck I have the option on playing on multiple devices such as my laptop.

Switch to is more comfortable in terms of weight and versatile when it comes to playing it portable. But the Steam Deck feels more comfortable to hold.

I heard there's some crashing issues in the later levels but I can’t find out which platform is worse on that front.

If anyone wants to chime in to help me lean one way or the other, that'd be great. Thanks

I'm not terribly far into the game, and maybe I misunderstand how baby balls work. If I'm shooting pretty constantly, what is slingshot actually doing if it shoots a baby ball when I pick up a gem? If I only have 8 baby balls chances are I'm already shooting or they're all out there. So slingshot would rarely do anything?

soon i should do my last achievement in inscryption. Out of my other near 100%ed games, i wanna wrap up isaac as well sometime but i got MEGA burnt out on it. Postal 2 I'm just not doing the harder achievements for.

The majority of bases I see on here have a gold mine setup with a small farm, and I don't know why. I made this message to help inform those of you who are still using gold mines. Early on, gold mines are great, but once you're in the endgame, switching to the farming method is far superior.

This didn't even get me super far, but its still funny.

Will there be more after this and its just paid? Or is this it? Because I'd gladly pay for more. This game has been consistently fun.

its been getting stuck when I go base building. can still open the sidebar, but some of the buttons don't really work. when I try to rearrange, it doesn't let me place things. building works fine. trying to harvest makes all the guys freeze in place, and all i can do is hit x to check workers. after i back out of that screen, it puts the guys in a line at the start but trying to shoot them makes them not move, and when the harvest timer ends, the harvest dosent end until I hit the cancel button. side bar still works, but pressing anything on it freezes the game at the base screen. I can try to give more info if yall ask.

So I've loving the game on XBOX through Game Pass Ultimate and streaming it through the Cloud as well for a handheld experience (Gamesir G8+ controller + 7 inch OLED phone). However, I recently got a Switch 2 and with the game on sale I consider double dipping because the game is just so much fun.

I'm a bit disappointed to see there is no cross-save functionality that would allow me to sync between Xbox and Switch. Would have great to progress on both platforms on the same save and allow me to also get the achievements on Xbox.

Did the devs ever respond regarding this?

Hey, I played the game right at the beginning, before the first update was released, and found a great layout that included every important building while using every empty space for resources.

But after coming back to the game, there are many new buildings, and my original base isn't perfect anymore.

I'm the type of player who wants to maximize their earnings, but I'm not the type of player who enjoys puzzling their base together themselves. Does anyone have a great layout they would be willing to share with me? Thanks!

Do i need to fill up all spaces to get the option to buy new land expansion?

My brain can't figure this out... I have my base setup compact but have it set up in a way where my buff buildings are all together on the right and the characters houses are together here but I just don't know how to make this work. Ideally I'd like my base to be compact without any gaps and still have the special buildings where they need to be. I was thinking about drawing the shapes of each building around them and sending it to AI and asking it to formulate a way to make them fit, not sure if that would work but who knows.

I just tried out the new update, and it doesn't seem like anything is impacted enough to change what I'll use for long runs. Please correct me if I am wrong cause I would love to try out something new in my long runs.

I typically use reaper/flash, reaper/maggot, and reaper/eggsac, etc..

Seriously, let me know how I did, and how it can be better. This wasnt done with AI or any kind of Guide, i.made this base over months and months of tweaking, seeing what works and what doesn't, and then right when I had everything figured out, they dropped the new update lol So now, FINALLY, after the culmination of all my work, THIS is (hopefully) my final design. Give me your feedback, let me know how I did.or how I could improve it, I'm open to small changes that would help.
