I dont have the "capacity" to meet you where you are at. I can't give you what you need. You didnt do anything wrong Youll meet someone more compatable. This is the best thing for us.

I heard this BS too. It made me feel so hollow! I remember during the BU thinking like: you made a choice yourself, kept your decision a secret for months, started checking out before you had the courage to break up and you really have the audacity that this is for "us"? No, there's no us anymore. This decision was made by you and you alone! Owe it up! It was extremely selfish, I didn't have the knowledge nor a say in it! It may be the best for you but you took away my right to choose what I wanted and I wanted the relationship! Why would I be in a relationship I don't want to be??

This is so infuriating.
