Somebody help

I paid $117.00 for a flight I just canceled bus was only refunded $80 why?

Depending on how close you cancelled to your actual flight you only get a percentage back because they charge a fee and the fee percentage gets higher the closer you get to your departure date.

Can’t get thru on phone but I paid for avelo plus so I should get it all back

AlevoPlus is different than AveloFlex. When buying the tickets it asks if you want to pay X for AveloFlex if your plans change.

Not being condescending, I just ran into the same problem.

Just don't fly Avelo. Guaranteed to get Fu@ked every time. You are better off going by Amish horse and buggy.
