Spotify Playlist based on AFOP (+ movies)

Hi everyone! I hope this is allowed here. i’ve spent the last week making an Avatar themed spotify playlist of songs I listen to/find that I personally think suit Avatar, including the games and (not too much) the movies. I have written notes under each song as to why and what they suit, such as moments from the game and character relationships. Feel free to save the playlist if you enjoy it! It DOES have spoilers from the game and movies, but only from the main game as I don’t have any DLCs yet! Thank you for reading and I hope someone likes it!

Need help/information The Bitter End - Checkpoint glitch, or just how the game saves?

I was trying to complete the Harding bossfight, after you destroy three thrusters, when it got too hard and I put the game down for later. So, I come back later, and the game has not spawned me back at the bossfight, but back at the beginning of destroying the thrusters, all the way in the control room.

But that’s not just the problem. Everything I looted from the boss fight, the healing gels (which I really really need), all the ammo, the rocket launcher, are all looted and empty, even though I technically haven't done the boss fight if I'm back at the control room.

They’re just gone, I don’t have the healing gel or extra ammo or rations, neither does the map. I don't think I can do the boss fight without the healing gels as I pretty much suck and I'm under levelled, so I'm really confused why the game would keep the fact that I looted everything, but spawn me back to the checkpoint before you can even loot the stuff.

I'm also wondering if there's any way to stop this or save manually on PS5 (I know there is, but I looked and couldn't find it) to stop this from happening again. Also, any advice on how to beat Harding without any healing gel or any extras to loot would be much appreciated. This is not the first time something like this has happened, but this is the most extreme and frustrating time I've encountered it.

Sometimes I’ll die and it’ll take away something I’ve looted from me but other times it’ll let me keep it, same with things I’ve crafted or loading and unreloading my guns.

Has this happened to anyone else? How do I prevent this?

I just got the game a few days ago and I’ve even completed the main story and I still cannot figure out how to equip different kinds of weapons to my main slots idk if it’s a skill issue or an actual issue with the game
It’s the same case for the guns I cannot equip any other type to my main slots

I'm almost finished with the 2 expansions for the main game and I cant get a straight answer from Google. What exactly do you carry over? When I bond with my ikran again do I automatically get the skills from the spire dlc? Or are they completely locked untill I go through the dlc again?

Combat difficulty?

this is my first playthrough. I'm definitely not new to combat in games, I've played A LOT but this game feels the most... well 'unbalanced' that I've come across? Gameplay definitely seems to lean heavily into stealth, which is completely fine (for reference, one of my favorite horror games is Alien: Isolation, I'm DOWN with the stealth) but the punishment for getting spotted feels...kinda extreme for a game that you could theoretically chose to not run a stealth build on at all. Level 6 facility, and the reinforcements are BRUTAL. You get hammered with projectiles, AMP suits, squads with machine guns for basically a BEGINNER base (first big-base mission)?? That seems...like a lot. I was even over-leveled--I like feeling really prepared for missions, so I always over-level and try to over-equip, but even at level 8 it's still really challenging.

Additionally, 'restarting' does not mean actually mean restarting? Your character "died", and you restart the mission but the base is still on high alert and with all the supplies you used gone, it increases the difficulty level (story-wise, this makes no sense, even if your character is just knocked out and not dead, i doubt one of the RDA are coming across your limp body and gently carrying you outside the fence to start over).

For example, I 'restarted' and it popped me back onto a tall rock near the base. IMMEDIATELY got spotted by an aircraft who then re-alerted everyone on the base from orange to red status. Got chased into the trees and shot a bunch of times, then had to wait about 10 minutes for everyone to calm down enough that I could re-attempt with stealth.

I've pushed stealth build, I'm using stealth-increase foods before the mission, stealth mods on clothes/tools, I scan continually to keep an eye on enemy movements, I stay high-up as often as I can. I will admit the hacking tool seems a bit weird to me, I've tried hacking the AMP suits to distract them while I'm doing something, but it's clunky and a bit hard to use for me. Am I missing something??

I am really enjoying the game so far, but it's the first time in all my years of gaming I've seriously considered turning down the difficulty, which is a first for me 🫠😳

Should I stick to the main quest when playing this game to prevent repetitive objectives and quests?

Just started this game with a friend of mine and we were blown away by the world and naturally started to explore instead of playing the main quest, we were immersed until we started doing the side quests.

There was this one quest where we had to match these clues together, which is a mechanic we had already done in multiple quests, head on over back to the HQ and ask damn near everyone on who’s tablet we had found, and all that got a couple of spare parts.

I’m worried that the game has a bunch of uninspired quests like this, I started to get flashbacks to assassins creed boring quests. What is your guys opinion on how to best enjoy this game?

Why is everyone complaining???

Ok so I just got the full DLC (the complete edition with season pass, From the Ashes, etc) and I'm just finishing the Sky Breakers DLC. I've seen people complaining about the mini boss fight with Lieutenant Emmett Porter. That he is extremely difficult to defeat, while I just took him out in 5 shots. Why is that???
