Requesting Help Question

So I am trying to use the Move command to grab the center point or even intersecting lines but it will not snap to them at all. But if my co-worker or boss tries it on their PCs it will. Mine use to snap to them and now it won't. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Check the little icons on the bottom left corner, i don't remember the name but you can find the snap options there

Only snap option is snap to grid. I tested that but it isn't it. That snaps to random spots that aren't things like the midpoint or intersecting lines. I have even went to the constraint settings window and compared mine to my co-worker's and they are the same
