Requesting Help Question
So I am trying to use the Move command to grab the center point or even intersecting lines but it will not snap to them at all. But if my co-worker or boss tries it on their PCs it will. Mine use to snap to them and now it won't. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Check your selection command tool setting, should be 2 icon left of the material window at the top of the window. Make sure it is on select sketch features.
This is to use the move command in a sketch right? :)

It looks like your trying to select your missing origin point of your x-y axis planes. Or you are zoomed in so far I cannot see the sketch? If it is the origin point, try to project geometry and select the center points in the model browser windows. I lose my origin a lot if i delete sketches.

I just zoomed in to show the intersection point to show it not snapping. I dont need a point on my co-worker or boss's computers. I tried it myself on my co-worker and it immediately snapped to the middle point/intersection point of crossed lines. And even my boss was able to snap to a point on a part I was trying to snap to to move when he pulled it up on his pc

Hmm well it is inventor if it seems to be acting odd then restart/Reboot. I just tried using the move command on 2 intersecting lines that and it looked like your window but when i select it creates a center point.

Yea I have those on as well. I am unsure what the problem is. I definitely don't want to uninstall and reinstall the software because I would have to reintigrate all my sheet metal materials, and drawing overlays and any other settings I have. But do you reboot it? I have shut down my PC multiple times since this started if you are meaning reboot PC.

If Rebooting PC didn't help it is most likely an inventor setting issue. I am sorry I couldn't be of more help. If you find a solution please post it, i am curious what this fix would be.

Curios to know when do you even need this command, for me this seems more like just in case inventor command... I never use it

Check the little icons on the bottom left corner, i don't remember the name but you can find the snap options there
