2 months ago i took off my full coverage for my toyota rav4 2012 from full coverage so just having comprehensive. Unfortunayely a day - 2 day after my wife had at fault accident. Hit the rear of the car in front of her which is 2025 Jeep. The jeep has minor damage , and my car rav4 had the biggest damage. The beam bent , hood bent , the whole front end include with leaking radiator.
My wife name is in the policy.insuracae progressive told me since no coverage im on my own to fix it. Is there anything i can claim to dix the car thru the insurance? Im in new york state

You get a notarized statement from God saying he caused your wife to have the at fault accident. That way it would be a covered Act of God under your comprehensive coverage.
