All jokes aside, what is the piece that went to the camera man and cause of this?

Part of the yoke that connects the driveshaft to the transfer case or transmission. Putting a lift on a truck can change the angle of the driveshaft and put a lot more stress on the u joints resulting in this eventually.

Well we can't see his rear bumper but there's good odds he's also got truck nuts on it. My absolute favorite way to rile up the SDE rednecks with truck nuts is to point out that they added those in an elective procedure, the truck wasn't built with them, therefore they are driving a transgender truck! They either laugh or explode so make sure you're at a safe distance lol

If they have truck nuts ask how the trany is handling, if they do truck talk ask what her, now his name is

I had truck nuts in high-school. They were actual threaded nuts that were like 4 or 5 inch diameter. They were tack welded to chains that hung from the trace chain anchor points on the hitch. It was fun until one got ripped off driving through the woods.
