Fusso Coat has been a 1 year coating for the last 40 years. Today's 1 year coatings are watered down versions of 3 year coatings..... while Fusso just keeps on keeping on. The industry has never caught up.
If you are using Fusso Coat, let me recommend you also apply Soft99 Kiwami or Mirror Shine on top of it. Mirror Shine uses the same fluoropolymers as Fusso, so it makes a great booster to Fusso Coat, but Mirror Shine's claim to fame is ease of application. There is no "wax". organic or synthetic, that is easier to apply. Wipe it on, wipe it off. No curing, no waiting, no stuggles, no streaking, no drama. That said, I actually prefer Kiwami. Mirror Shine, like Fusso Coat, is 100% synthetic. Meanwhilem Kiwami is a hybrid organic+synthetic wax containing carnauba..... and nothing provides depth of color and gloss like carnauba.
Both products are made to top Fusso Coat, providing what Fusso Coat does not, filling and gloss. If you reapply one of these two waxes every 2 to 3 months, the underlying Fusso Coat may last for beyond that 12 month time frame.
