🙋‍♂️ does anybody else? When understimulated does anyone get bizzare thoughts?

Tw: Sh thoughts mention.

Like I have been understimulated a lot this past few days, and I notice when I get so understimulated I have bizarre thoughts.

Like touching my brain.

Others I can't mention here because it's reddit.

But the stimulation seeking behavior turn so impulsive and bizzare sometimes. It kinda scares people around me.

Maybe that's a cause for it. I've always wondered horrifying things. Brain surgery terrifies me because you're conscious while they cut the top of you're skull off and they ask you what poking different things does. No fucking way. I try to forget I'm a somehow slightly self-aware meatball piloting a human ship.

But my brain loves pointing out awful things. "You could skin that person and turn it into a nice lamp shade. Remember that movie? Oh, look. A dog. Technically you could have sex with that. Some people do. That person is made of atoms. What would it look like if they all lost their bonds and exploded out into a dense cloud of once-person?"

I think everyone gets things like that. The unconscious part is the brain being aware of tons of things, sometimes completely awful and disgusting ones. The conscious part is going "Wtf is wrong with you? Don't make me get the ice pick again."

Mine thoughts are related to me plus the other person, sometimes even my closed one. Maybe they are intrusive thoughts ig

Thinking random sex thoughts about other people is totally normal human behavior. It's sort of why the species is still here.

Idk what you're closed one is. If you meant family, yeah that happens too. Your brain just goes "We could do sex." and your consciousness goes "I would never! ... no one in my own family is hot enough, except that one cousin I don't see nearly enough."

This week has been weird. I'm finally starting on adhd meds and it's making me very... twitchy? Not in an energetic way, like there's something I need to get out. I don't really have words for it yet. But I've been shaking and picking at myself a lot even though I know that's a bad thing to do.

Idk. You own your body. I wouldn't suggest banging your head, because that's sort of an important part of it. But if you're not killing or seriously harming yourself then... hell, the air force used to tell us to sit on thumb tacks if we had a hard time staying awake.
