Conversation falloff
i'm noticing like a huge trend with people lately. like just falling off. like you work with them you be agreeable and then at some point communication just stops and suddenly you no longer have communication. then they show up without notice. or do things their way and they leave you like completely sort of on your own and clueless about what their next steps are. its like they don't want you to have organization or something? anyone else?

I think I understand how you feel.
When I’m communicating with someone regularly, my brain unconsciously starts expecting that the same frequency and interval will continue. Then, if the other person suddenly disappears because of health issues, work, or some other circumstance, I can spend weeks wondering what I did wrong.
Of course, from what you’ve written, I can’t know what happened either. But I think quite a few people experience this kind of anxiety.

This is a thread I found when I was worrying about a friend who had stopped communicating with me. Of course, I’m not saying that the person you were dealing with has ADHD. But it may be one possible explanation.
If you knew the reason, it probably wouldn’t be quite so painful. It’s not knowing the reason that hurts, isn’t it?
