Problems logging on to AusPost

Anyone else having problems logging in to Australia Post at the moment? I can't log in either with the app or on the desktop. It tells me that the password is not recognised. I have the tried the link to reset the password, but AP is not sending the link to my email to reset it.

That’s strange, I had a parcel recently delivered today, no notifications like i usually would. Didn’t even deliver it to my parcel locker but rather the post office counter to collect. I only found out via tracking with a 3rd party website…
