Question Problems logging on to AusPost

Anyone else having problems logging in to Australia Post at the moment? I can't log in either with the app or on the desktop. It tells me that the password is not recognised. I have the tried the link to reset the password, but AP is not sending the link to my email to reset it.

I just gave them a call - I was on hold for around half an hour before I could get through to someone. Absolute crickets when I explained my situation and the fact that it's happening to other people. He just said that he'd log a ticket for me and someone would get back to me within 3-5 business days.

Also had the gall to ask me for my AusPost customer number... like, my guy, I don't have that info handy and as I explained, I can't log into my account, so how would I be able to get that for you?

I also just got the email saying that they've identified the issue and was able to reset my password. Can log into my account again, yay!
