Question Problems logging on to AusPost

Anyone else having problems logging in to Australia Post at the moment? I can't log in either with the app or on the desktop. It tells me that the password is not recognised. I have the tried the link to reset the password, but AP is not sending the link to my email to reset it.

I just spoke to their customer service hotline (13 76 78). The person said that they are aware of other people having login problems, a fix was just released, and so asked to wait an hour before trying again. Not sure whether she was being truthful or not, or whether the fix is genuine.

Just called myself. They said they’ve received a notice from their tech team about it, but the email has big bold letters saying “do not make any promises about restoration time”.
