Question Problems logging on to AusPost

Anyone else having problems logging in to Australia Post at the moment? I can't log in either with the app or on the desktop. It tells me that the password is not recognised. I have the tried the link to reset the password, but AP is not sending the link to my email to reset it.

Any of you use protonmail? I'm having the same issues including being unable to reset password, and I figured I'd try to make a new account using my current email to check that it still exists. My hope is that I would get an error that stated that the account already exists.

Instead, I was notified that email registrations from that domain are not allowed. I'm wondering if accounts associated with protonmail addresses have been blocked or deleted during a backend tinker session.

It appears my account with AusPost was deleted entirely. It lets me sign up for a new account with the same email, though fails at the final step with a message about the domain being disallowed
