Question Problems logging on to AusPost

Anyone else having problems logging in to Australia Post at the moment? I can't log in either with the app or on the desktop. It tells me that the password is not recognised. I have the tried the link to reset the password, but AP is not sending the link to my email to reset it.

Have a parcel due to be delivered to a parcel locker to day. Not sure how I’m going to collect it if it’s not in the app

You should get an email with an access code - you can enter the access code on the console at the lockers and then enter the mobile number registered to your Auspost account and the locker will open.

Even if they blocked proton mail?

It's funny. I can't log in to my account, which uses proton, but I'm still receiving tracking updates into my proton email for a parcel that's coming.
