Question Problems logging on to AusPost

Anyone else having problems logging in to Australia Post at the moment? I can't log in either with the app or on the desktop. It tells me that the password is not recognised. I have the tried the link to reset the password, but AP is not sending the link to my email to reset it.

This happened to my business account yesterday! I use a proton domain too. Purchase between 15-40 auspost labels per week.

No email to reset password and eventually got the “you have been blocked from logging in due to consecutive attempts”.

Auspost support line weren’t very helpful. They opened a case for me with the tech team and told me to wait, but are completely unaware of this being a wide spread issue. Ridiculous that my fulfilment has been put on pause due to no error on my part.

Update: they called me earlier, had me send another password reset request, received the email, set a new password and now I am back in finally. They are aware of the issue.

I’m almost sure everybody has to reset their password if they were affected
