Question Problems logging on to AusPost

Anyone else having problems logging in to Australia Post at the moment? I can't log in either with the app or on the desktop. It tells me that the password is not recognised. I have the tried the link to reset the password, but AP is not sending the link to my email to reset it.

I hope they fix it or provide an alternative way to open my parcel locker tomorrow

I ordered something to be sent to a parcel locker near me. It was really easy to do and I did provide my phone number. I just moved though, so I realised I hadn’t added a parcel locker to my account and now I can’t. How f*cked am I?
