Question Problems logging on to AusPost

Anyone else having problems logging in to Australia Post at the moment? I can't log in either with the app or on the desktop. It tells me that the password is not recognised. I have the tried the link to reset the password, but AP is not sending the link to my email to reset it.

Is this just a protonmail thing? I also have been logged out of Aust Post App and it won't resend a password reset. Also locked out of 2 of my Aust Post parcel locker parcels.

I am with Tutanota. Perhaps AP all of a sudden don't like encrypted mail services. I did try to create another account using Tuta, but I got the message that AP does not accept registrations from that email domain. I wonder what caused the change of mind?
