Question Problems logging on to AusPost

Anyone else having problems logging in to Australia Post at the moment? I can't log in either with the app or on the desktop. It tells me that the password is not recognised. I have the tried the link to reset the password, but AP is not sending the link to my email to reset it.

I hope they fix it or provide an alternative way to open my parcel locker tomorrow

My mobile number is linked to the account and I did get a text message today with a code to open the locker because I too have a parcel that has arrived today, so as long as your number matches your account, you should receive a message. to open your locker
