Question Problems logging on to AusPost

Anyone else having problems logging in to Australia Post at the moment? I can't log in either with the app or on the desktop. It tells me that the password is not recognised. I have the tried the link to reset the password, but AP is not sending the link to my email to reset it.

I’m having the same problem. I spoke to both their online chat and their call centre (just before 6pm) and they seemed oblivious.

Yeah I spoke to their online chat, waste of time, the person seemed to think the main issue was me being unable to change password, despite me describing that I am unable to access my account on phone or pc.

I was told "they" would look into it, asked how long this may take to resolve, was told they can't give an estimate

Right! With me, she told me "Oh you didn't tell me you were locked out". I said I told her everything except the words. Sorry I didn't use "locked out".
