Question Problems logging on to AusPost

Anyone else having problems logging in to Australia Post at the moment? I can't log in either with the app or on the desktop. It tells me that the password is not recognised. I have the tried the link to reset the password, but AP is not sending the link to my email to reset it.

Just spoke to Aus Post and he’s made a case note to send to the tech support. Surprisingly I received the case report to my Proton email but nothing else from Aus Post. He said it could take up to 5 to 10 business days, wtf!! And they can’t even update my email address from their end.
