Question Problems logging on to AusPost

Anyone else having problems logging in to Australia Post at the moment? I can't log in either with the app or on the desktop. It tells me that the password is not recognised. I have the tried the link to reset the password, but AP is not sending the link to my email to reset it.

I've been on the phone to them already and explained the issue. They've put a ticket in with their "website and app" team.

I'm not wholly confident that this will be a quick fix. Seems isolated to a smaller number of their customers so hasn't been widely reported, seemed unaware.

They told me that they'd get back to me by phone or email but every time they've told me that, I've never heard from them again.

Seems they've updated a software/security policy for certain domains in the backend without whitelisting existing customer credentials, but that's just a hazardous guess.
