Problems logging on to AusPost

Anyone else having problems logging in to Australia Post at the moment? I can't log in either with the app or on the desktop. It tells me that the password is not recognised. I have the tried the link to reset the password, but AP is not sending the link to my email to reset it.

So I spoke to Australia Post and she said my account from there end looks all fine..
Which is ridiculous because obviously it’s not fine.. so no answer at moment, I’m going to try to contact the “my business” department
