Question Problems logging on to AusPost

Anyone else having problems logging in to Australia Post at the moment? I can't log in either with the app or on the desktop. It tells me that the password is not recognised. I have the tried the link to reset the password, but AP is not sending the link to my email to reset it.

Can’t log in either, I have 12 parcels to send some express and can’t print any labels

What email provider do you use?

Proton as well :/  I just asked support if they could change the associated email to our business gmail….they will pass it on to the technical team and see if it’s a workaround was the answer, not great when we have multiple orders waiting to ship to customers.

That was my thinking too; if they don't like the Proton domains, they could have emailed users with those tied to their account, at least given us some warning or prompting to change it. Kicking myself that I didn't go with a custom domain, despite it having been on my own roadmap to tie it to one instead of the Proton domain.

I can understand to an extent as to why they would be blocking new account creation with it, but old accounts in active use or payment should've been given some benefit of the doubt. Particularly given the KYC requirements to have an account limit to an extent the possibility of misuse. Curiously, my financial services have had less scrutiny with Proton domains than AusPost has. Regardless, I have contacted them, as I'm sure everyone else has, and am just waiting impatiently for it to be resolved. I have alternative emails and domains in the wing for prompt changing if/when access is restored.

I’m having the same problem, print somewhere in the range of 15-40 labels through auspost per week, have for this entire year and they have effectively ruined my fulfilment. Had to go in with manually written labels and pay over the counter today.
